In 2020 we built a factory in Burundi where&nbsp; we cold press moringa seeds into oil using high-quality German machines. The local farmers come to us weekly to deliver their seeds, which are weighted and immediately paid for.This brings them an additional source of income&nbsp;as they can&nbsp;grow&nbsp;moringa trees&nbsp;between their existing crops. En 2020, nous avons construit une usine au Burundi où les graines de moringa sont pressées à froid en huile avec des machines de qualité allemande. Les agriculteurs locaux viennent nous livrer chaque semaine leurs récoltes de graines de moringa. Ces graines sont pesées et les fournisseurs sont payés immédiatement. Cela apporte un revenue supplémentaire à ces agriculteurs , ils peuvent planter des arbres de moringa parmis leurs propres cultures. Nous avons aussi nos propres plantations d’arbres de moringa avec comme but de chercher une certification bio dans le futur. Sept personnes sont responsables de la production de l’huile et une dizaine d’autres personnes s’occupent de l’entretien de nos plantations d’arbres de moringa. Ze worden ter plaatse betaald. -De zaden worden handmatig gereinigd om onzuiverheden te verwijderen. -Vervolgens worden ze enkele uren in de zon gedroogd. -We persen de zaden koud en filteren ze meerdere keren om de biologisch actieve stoffen te behouden. In 2020 hebben we onze fabriek gebouwd in Burundi waar moringa zaden met een Duitse kwaliteitsmachine koud geperst worden tot hoogwaardige moringaolie. De lokale boeren komen wekelijks naar ons toe om hun zaden te leveren, deze worden gewogen en onmiddellijk betaald. Dit levert hen extra in komsten op, omdat ze tussen hun eigen gewassen ook moringa bomen kunnen planten. We hebben tevens ons eigen plantage dat als enig doel heeft in de toekomst een bio certificering te verkrijgen. Zeven mensen zijn verantwoordelijk voor de productie en tientallen anderen voor het planten en onderhouden van onze plantage.
